We're back. I'm back. I know for a lot of you the gyms are closed or will be closed soon. But good news another great benefit of running is you can do it by yourself, you can do it outside and you don't need a lot of gear.

Certainly, you can hit the open road at your leisure and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet away from the madding world and the many demands of your daily life. However, you could also choose to run with friends or join a local running club if you're looking for a way to turn your fitness routine into a social activity, killing two birds with one stone.

We’ve all seen the 1000’s of 30 day running challenges on Pinterest and Facebook, but how many of us have actually done anything with them…besides share the post so people will think we are running.
Since I actually want people to experience the joy (yes I said joy) of running, I figured we needed to do something a little bit different with our running challenge. We want to build a team where we can all encourage each other to actually complete the challenge.
