We're back. I'm back. I know for a lot of you the gyms are closed or will be closed soon. But good news another great benefit of running is you can do it by yourself, you can do it outside and you don't need a lot of gear.

Howdy...I got a new pair of Hoka One One shoes today and gave them a test run. Go ahead and check out the video...
The short version is I liked them at least for the first run. We'll of course see over the next few weeks/months. I really liked how lightweight they were despite the fact that they look giant. And having a low drop is very important to me.

Wow....when I logged into Facebook this morning it showed me this picture in my "memories" from 7 years ago today.
This was my first half-marathon and the first organized race I'd been in over 13 years (I'd run some 10Ks in college). I ran rather slowly. It took me 2:20:28 to finish, but hey I did it.
